According to experts, these adulterants are dangerous for the human body and that’s the reason, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has started an initiative on Twitter called # #DetectingFoodAdulterants. Under this series, every week they share a trick that you can use at home to check food adulteration. This week, they are talking about how to check adulteration in green peas.
